Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:

Visit potential customers in assigned territories or regions.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.

Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations with potential clients.

Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly.

Sales and Target Achievement:

Present and explain products/services to clients to meet their needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Collect and document customer information, feedback, and preferences.

Market Research and Strategy:
-
Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer trends, and industry developments.

Identify new market segments and potential areas for expansion.

Share field insights and customer feedback with the internal team to help shape product and marketing strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and submit them to the Business Development Manager.

Use CRM tools or spreadsheets to track leads, sales progress, and customer data.

Update management on progress, opportunities, and challenges faced in the field.

Team Collaboration and Coordination:

Coordinate with the internal teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service for seamless order execution.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.

Attend trade shows, events, or promotional activities as needed.
