Job Description
Position: Field Collection Executive
Location: Jodhpur
Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a Field Collection Executive in Jodhpur to collect payments from customers in a designated area. You will assist customers with online payments and provide them with receipts using a POS machine.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect Payments: Visit customers to collect payments for services.
- Facilitate Online Payments: Help customers process payments using a POS machine.
- Issue Receipts: Provide receipts immediately after payments are made.
- Build Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of all payments and customer interactions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in collections or customer service is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable using a POS machine and mobile payment apps.
- Ability to work independently.
