Job Description

  • Creating new groups and connecting SHG as per the process.
  • Organizing group meetings.
  • Auditing the SHG groups.
  • Conducting Training of SHG’s as per the procedure.
  • Conduct and record monthly department meetings.
  • Depositing savings from SHG Members into accounts.
  • Working with more than 40 groups.
  • Will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Project at field level.
  • Developing monthly planning and execution of the activities
  • Timely execution of programmatic activities as received and guided from head office
  • Follow systems and procedures concerning program planning, review and monitoring
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your line manager.
