- Provide on-site laptop and desktop troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues, implement solutions.
- Install, configure, and upgrade laptop and desktop components and software.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks.
- Travel to customer sites using a bike for transportation.
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide timely technical support and guidance to end-users.
Requirements:
- Any degree or equivalent.
- Laptop and desktop hardware repair experience.
- Strong technical skills.
- Excellent communication.
- Valid driver's license and own bike.
- Flexibility to travel and work extended hours
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
