Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Field Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely order deliveries and payments. This role requires a self-starter who can proactively engage with shopkeepers, expand our customer base, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit shopkeepers and retail outlets to promote and sell FMCG products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including order taking, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
- Provide timely feedback and market insights to the sales team to improve strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or a related role (preferably in the FMCG sector).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of the local market and field sales practices.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler .
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with FMCG products and market trends.
- Experience in managing customer databases and using CRM tools.
