FIELD EXECUTIVE - Part Time/Full Time
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Recruitment and Sourcing:
-
Actively visit local areas, markets, and public spaces to connect with potential delivery candidates (bike riders, drivers, etc.)

Distribute flyers, posters, and promotional material to generate interest in the job opportunity
-
Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary structure, and incentive plans to interested candidates
2. Screening and Shortlisting:
-
Conduct basic screening to assess candidate eligibility (age, driving license, vehicle ownership, smartphone access)
-
Verify documents such as Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, bank account details, etc.

Maintain a list of interested and qualified candidates with proper documentation
3. Onboarding Support:
-
Guide selected candidates through the registration and onboarding process
-
Assist with app downloads, account creation, training schedules, and documentation submission
-
Coordinate with HR/Operations teams to ensure smooth joining of selected delivery boys
4. Target Achievement:
-
Meet weekly/monthly recruitment targets as set by the company
-
Track daily outreach, leads generated, conversions, and report progress to the supervisor or reporting manager
5. Field Reporting:
-
Submit regular updates through company systems, forms, or mobile apps
-
Inform about challenges faced during sourcing and suggest improvements
-
Maintain transparency and professionalism while representing the company in public
Requirements:
-
Education: Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass or equivalent; graduates preferred but not mandatory
-
Experience: 0–2 years in field sales, sourcing, marketing, or recruitment preferred (freshers can apply)

Language Skills: Basic spoken and written knowledge of local language; Hindi/English knowledge is a plus

Location Knowledge: Good understanding of local geography and popular sourcing spots

Smartphone Usage: Must be comfortable using smartphones and apps for sourcing, onboarding, and reporting
