We Are Hiring :
Field loan sales Executive
Min. 1 year Experience in Banking/ Insurance/ Mutual Fund/ Real Estate Background Preferable.
Finance Product Knowledge Required.
Target Achiever/ Goal Oriented.
Good Communication Skill/ Local Market Connect Needed.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads for potential loan clients.

Conduct field visits to meet with clients and assess their loan needs.

Promote and explain loan products to clients.

Guide clients through the loan application process.

Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan approval process.
