Job Overview

A Field Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting a company’s products or services by directly engaging with potential customers, conducting market research, and executing marketing campaigns. This role requires travel to different locations to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Ground Marketing & Lead Generation

Visit different locations to promote products and services.
Identify and engage with potential customers through direct interaction.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and product samples.

2. Sales & Customer Engagement

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Persuade customers to purchase or sign up for services.
Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Conduct surveys and gather insights on customer preferences.
Analyze competitor marketing strategies and provide recommendations.
Report market trends and suggest improvements to marketing campaigns.

4. Event & Campaign Execution

Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Set up marketing booths and stalls to showcase products.
Work closely with sales and branding teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain records of field visits, customer interactions, and sales conversions.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing performance.
Suggest improvements based on customer feedback and market response.
