A Field Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting products/services, generating leads, and building brand awareness through direct customer interactions. This role involves on-ground marketing, field visits, and relationship-building with potential clients/customers to drive sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Marketing & Promotions
- Conduct field visits to meet potential customers, retailers, or business partners.
- Promote company products/services through direct interactions and live demonstrations.
- Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, samples, etc.).
2. Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback, preferences, and market trends.
- Work with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Address customer queries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports on customer responses and sales performance.
4. Brand Awareness & Reporting
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
- Track marketing activities, customer interactions, and competitor analysis.
- Submit reports on campaign effectiveness and field performance.
