Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, engaging with customers, and driving brand awareness in designated locations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting products/services, generating leads, and increasing sales through on-ground marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaign Execution
- Plan and implement field marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and potential customer segments.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align field strategies with overall brand objectives.
2. Brand Awareness & Promotion
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples to potential customers.
- Engage with customers to provide product information, demonstrations, and answer inquiries.
3. Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct customer interactions.
- Support the sales team by providing leads and potential client information.
- Collaborate with retailers and partners to enhance product visibility and promotions.
4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Gather feedback from customers and report insights to the marketing team.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to improve satisfaction.
5. Data Collection & Reporting
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and customer engagement.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales conversions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to different locations.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
