Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement field marketing plans and campaigns to meet company goals.
- Coordinate and execute local marketing activities, including events, promotions, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
Brand Promotion:
- Enhance brand visibility and awareness in targeted regions.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for brand exposure.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze data from field activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Act as a liaison between the company and local communities or event organizers.
- Provide support to retail partners and ensure optimal product placement and promotion.
Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budgets for assigned projects and campaigns.
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources without compromising quality and effectiveness.
Reporting and Feedback:
- Prepare regular reports on field marketing activities, outcomes, and ROI.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on field observations and customer interactions.
