Role: Field Recruiter
Type: Full-time, Hybrid (Primarily Pune-based with some remote flexibility).
Responsibilities:
1)Source and recruit bikers, delivery executives, drivers, and associates.
2)Conduct field sourcing and onboarding activities.
3)Ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
4)Maintain candidate databases using MS Excel and other systems.
5)Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
6)Provide a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and feedback.
7)Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
>Minimum 1 year of experience in field recruitment (delivery riders, drivers, or associates).
>Proven expertise in field sourcing and onboarding.
>Familiarity with recruitment compliance processes.
>Proficiency in MS Excel and computer systems.
>2-wheeler ownership preferred.
>Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
