Field Sales Executive - Interior Products
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Client Acquisition
-
Visit potential clients in various areas of Ahmedabad including residential, commercial, retail, and project sites.

Identify prospective customers through cold calls, referrals, field visits, exhibitions, and leads provided by the company.

Promote and sell interior products by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
-
Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and retail customers.

Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

Schedule regular follow-ups to maintain customer engagement and ensure repeat business.
3. Product Demonstration & Consultation
-
Carry product samples, brochures, or digital catalogs to demonstrate the features and benefits to clients.

Explain product specifications, usage, aesthetics, and value propositions.
-
Suggest design and functional solutions based on space and customer preferences.
4. Territory Management
-
Cover assigned zones in Ahmedabad efficiently and plan daily field visits.

Maintain detailed knowledge of local areas, market conditions, and customer base.

Gather feedback from the market on competitor activity, pricing, and new trends.
5. Order Processing & Documentation
-
Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, order confirmation, invoicing, and delivery tracking.

Ensure accurate documentation for every sale, including order forms, customer agreements, and receipts.

Keep detailed records of all client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting systems.
6. Reporting & Coordination
-
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Sales Manager on field activity and target achievements.

Participate in sales review meetings and suggest strategies to improve performance.

Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team for timely product delivery and service fulfillment.
