Generating Leads: Finding potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Lead conversion: Converting the leads coming from various sources. Customer renewals: Ensuring timely renewals and collection from customers by visiting them at their doorstep. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Sales Presentations: Delivering persuasive sales presentations to showcase products or services and address customer needs and concerns. Market Research: Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities. Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicating their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. Sales Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Feedback Loop: Providing feedback to the sales team and management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and product/service improvements to drive business growth."
