Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
targets set by the company.
Primary Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with GRS to drive Primary sales target
as well as increase coordination with Distributor for smooth operation.
Secondary Sales: work closely with GRS as well as GRS DSS to achieve secondary sales
target.
Special Focus working: Agri and MCO product range must be penetrate in rural market.
Network expansion: Increase GRS secondary distribution network as well as per month
billing outlet must be increase.
Visibility: Ensure maximum visibility of our products in retail outlets through effective
merchandising and promotional activities.
Stock Upkeep: Monitor stock levels at GRSl outlets and ensure timely replenishment to
avoid stockouts.
Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing,
and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key
customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Reporting: Concern Territory Head / Area Head.
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance product
knowledge, sales techniques, and market understanding.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service roles in lube/FMCG industry is
preferred.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and secure
favorable terms.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with
customers and colleagues.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive
environment.
Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to
changing priorities and market conditions.
