Job Description

Looking for field sales executive to visit retailers across Pune. Must have own two wheeler with driving licence. Prior experience in the same field will be preferred. Minimum qualification 12th pass. Should be good at calculation. Conveyance expenses will be extra. Salary no bar for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities within the market.

Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability.

Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.

Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
