Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and motivated candidate to join our team in the NCR region. This field sales role focuses on sourcing and acquiring patients through gig sources such as e-commerce fleet and riders. The primary responsibility will involve visiting dark stores, warehouses, and related locations to build a database of potential patients. You will guide them in fulfilling their health needs through platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit dark stores, warehouses, and other gig-related locations to engage with potential patients and create awareness of Healthcare's services.

- Acquire patient details and help them understand how you can fulfill their healthcare needs.

- Develop and maintain relationships with gig workers (e-commerce fleet, riders) to create a steady source of patient leads.

- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.

- Provide clear and concise information about platform, benefits, and services to potential patients.

- Assist in guiding patients through the registration process and helping them connect with the right healthcare providers.

- Regular reporting on progress and results to the team lead or management.

- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve acquisition strategies and patient satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition (preferably in healthcare or e-commerce).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

- Willingness to travel within the NCR region.

- Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.

- Experience with database collection and customer engagement.

- Basic understanding of the healthcare industry
