Job Description

Sales of positive millets and value add millets at the areas mentioned. Should have own vehicle , mobile should have knowledge of speaking in Kannada , Hindi , Telugu ability to convince the customers. regular interaction with customer on weekly basis. Feedback to higher ups on daily basis at the end of the day. Area wise data updates towards product, sales and future improvement and development .

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales by meeting clients in the field. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients to generate sales opportunities.
Client Visits & Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote company offerings.
Lead Generation & Follow-up: Research potential customers, cold call prospects, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive long-term business growth.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, including daily visits, meetings, and revenue generated.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
