Job Description

Role: Field Sales Executive

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.

Must own a two-wheeler.

Willing to travel 15-20 km daily.

Male candidates only.

Maximum age limit: 35 years.

Kannada language.

Salary : As per Market standards.

Location: Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Monitor market trends and report on competitor activity.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar sales role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to self-motivate and work independently.

Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
