FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Kolkata, India
Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: 2-2.75 LPA (Based on Skill-sets, Interview performance & previous salary)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our fast growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be confident and articulate in engaging with vendors, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali, with a clear and professional communication style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact and engage with vendors in a smart and confident manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Leverage experience in B2B/B2C sales to manage diverse client portfolios. Adapt effective sales pitches and strategies to meet the unique needs of different market segments.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Address client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports. Monitor and track sales activities and performance metrics.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
- Be a motivated and proactive individual with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads. Identify the potential clients and develop strategies to convert leads into sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous sales experience in B2B/B2C segment, ideally 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali with clear pronunciation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
