Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients such as small and medium businesses, retail outlets, and e-commerce platforms that can benefit from digital payment solutions.

Conduct market research to identify and approach prospective clients in the assigned region.

Use field sales strategies (door-to-door, cold calling, networking) to engage with new businesses and expand user base.

Client Presentations and Product Demonstrations:

Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to showcase mobile payment solutions, wallet services, and other offerings.

Provide detailed demonstrations of products, explaining how they can improve payment processes, reduce transaction fees, and increase business efficiency.

Address client questions, objections, and concerns, offering tailored solutions that fit their needs.

Sales Conversion:

Convert leads into active users by securing business deals and onboarding clients to use as their primary payment solution.

Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and assist clients in the account setup process to ensure a smooth transition to using it.

Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring that sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and ensure continued usage of services.

Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they are satisfied with the platform’s performance.

Develop long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Expansion:

Drive market expansion by targeting specific regions, industries, or business segments that could benefit from digital payment adoption.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of customer base within the assigned territory.

Attend local networking events, industry conferences, and promotional activities to promote services.

Training and Onboarding:

Provide training to new customers on how to effectively use platform for transactions, payment collection, and other digital services.

Assist customers with onboarding, helping them with account registration, integration with their existing systems, and troubleshooting initial issues.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads within the CRM system.

Regularly update managers on sales progress, provide performance reports, and identify new opportunities or challenges.

Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, sales figures, and customer retention.
