Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote Services:

Sell services such as Sound Boxes, QR Code payment solutions, and EDC Swipe Machines to merchants and small businesses.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners to explain how payment solutions can enhance their customer payment experience.

Demonstrate the functionality and benefits of Sound Boxes, QR Codes, and EDC Swipe Machines, showcasing their ease of use, security, and affordability.
2. Generate Leads & New Business:
-
Identify new sales opportunities and target potential clients (merchants, small business owners, etc.) in assigned territories.

Actively prospect new clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and visiting local businesses.

Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating fresh leads and converting them into service customers.
3. Relationship Building:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Offer superior customer support, answer queries, and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience for clients.

Regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction with the services and encourage further adoption of additional products.
4. Sales Target Achievement:

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set for services (Sound Boxes, QR Code solutions, EDC Swipe Machines).

Track and report on sales activities, sales targets, and performance.

Keep detailed records of sales meetings, client interactions, and sales progress using a CRM system or other tools.
5. Provide Market Feedback:

Gather and report feedback from clients and potential customers regarding their needs, market trends, and competitors.

Communicate customer requirements and market insights to the sales team or product development team for continuous improvement of the services.
6. Product Demonstrations and Training:

Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers to showcase the features and benefits of services.

Provide on-site training to merchants for the usage of Sound Boxes, QR Codes, and EDC Swipe Machines.

Educate customers about the advantages of digital payments, and how these products can help improve their business operations.
7. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and service deliveries.

Submit regular reports on sales progress, lead conversions, and market feedback to management.

Ensure timely submission of all paperwork, including contracts, service agreements, and customer feedback forms.
