Job Description

Good communication skills And convincing , It Is field work, Pan Adhar And Driving license mandatory, 6 months experience in Lap ,Mortgage and Home loan, mandatory, Previous companies document require, Local candidate required.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads for potential clients.

Conduct field visits to meet with clients and assess their needs.

Promote and explain products to clients.

Guide clients through all process.

Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the approval process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.

Strong understanding of loan products and financial principles.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
