Job Description

*Field Sales Executive* (Only Male)

- *Experience:* 1 to 3 years

- *Salary:* 2-3 LPA (Based on Skill-sets, Interview Performance & Previous Salary)

- *Qualification:* Graduate

- *Languages:* English, Hindi, Bengali

Preferred Background: B2B/B2C experience.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the North West region

Identifying and engaging with new customers through a variety of channels, including cold calling, email, and networking

Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers

Negotiating and closing deals with customers to achieve sales targets

Providing regular feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies

Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
