Job Description

1 to 3 years Real estate sales experience in open plots in and around Hyderabad

Talk to customers and explain the project details

Take customers to site visits

Willing to travel

Field experience is required

Experience in open plot sales is mandatory

Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through various channels

Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective clients

Understand client needs and provide appropriate property recommendations

Negotiate and close property sales deals

Maintain an updated knowledge of market trends and properties

Prepare and deliver presentations about the real estate market and properties

Manage and maintain a portfolio of listings and contacts

Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements

Attend networking events and industry functions to build relationships
