  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Business Development and Lead Generation

    • Identify and target new business opportunities in the assigned territory through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and attending events.

    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and sales opportunities.

    • Research and identify customer needs and market trends to ensure the effective presentation of the company’s offerings.

    • Reach out to potential clients to introduce products or services and arrange meetings for further discussions.

    2. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations

    • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present products, services, and tailored solutions based on their needs.

    • Demonstrate products and services effectively to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of their benefits and features.

    • Provide persuasive and impactful sales pitches, addressing customer concerns and answering any queries they may have.

    • Customize product offerings based on client requirements and ensure they understand how the solutions will add value to their business.

    3. Closing Sales and Achieving Targets

    • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales effectively and within company guidelines.

    • Follow up on prospects and leads, addressing any objections and ensuring a smooth sales process to convert them into customers.

    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the sales management team.

    • Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and work with the operations team for timely product delivery.

    4. Relationship Management and Customer Service

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

    • Offer after-sales support, addressing client issues, queries, or concerns, and providing solutions in a timely manner.

    • Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring satisfaction and understanding of their evolving needs.

    • Gather feedback from customers to help refine products and services, contributing to improved customer experience and product offerings.

    5. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis

    • Regularly monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.

    • Provide detailed reports on competitor pricing, new products, and market strategies, helping the company stay competitive.

    • Identify potential challenges and opportunities in the market and report them to sales management to refine strategies.

    6. Reporting and Documentation

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, leads, and meetings through CRM systems or other tracking tools.

    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, providing insights into progress, challenges, and achievements.

    • Update customer data and sales forecasts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for the sales team and management.

    7. Training and Development

    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through continuous learning and training.

    • Attend product training sessions and company workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the company’s offerings.

    • Support the development of sales strategies by sharing customer insights and market feedback with the team.
