Job Description
Renewal
To complete the targets of renewals as assigned by reporting head
To call & visit each & every prospective clients for renewal.
Ensure 100% conversion of leads created by call center dept.
To Plan & give proper calling pitch as per the clients
Attend marketing seminars to address renewal issues.
Build better relations with Customer Distributors by giving them timely services.
Reporting & Coordination
To use system assigned by company to maximum extend
To co-ordinate with other departments like Shared Resources, Accounts & Operations for smooth functions.
To fill up CD attendance report while doing CDs visits.
Need to send daily reports & CD attendance report by 10am everyday & other reports as per requirement by reporting head.
To coordinate with up Lines to get renewals done.
Coordinate with Call center dept. regarding leads.
Other Activities
To attend the customer for health check Ups.
To attend & take care of hospital treatment admissions with completion of all formalities.
To attend the marketing seminars & send to report to marketing department.
To attend the first sales forms of the customers & dispatch to HO.
To adhere to all reporting disciplines of Renewal, Marketing, Operations, PHP, DNA-Wise and Health-friend. Should be strong in MS Office (Especially. MS-Excel) Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Quick learner and willing to expand capabilities as required.
