Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive sales by identifying potential customers, pitching products/services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively to meet clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition - B2B sales. Sell inventory management software to pharmacy stores.

2. Maintain relationship with existing customers by regular follow-ups and service.

3. Achieve leads target by converting non-buying members to buying members.

4. Providing onsite demos to clients and assisting in closing a sale.

5. Identifying and recording product feedback from new and existing customers and other tasks as assigned to you for this role.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1-3 yrs experience in field sales

(Candidates with prior software sales, IT sales, FMCG will be preferred)

Must know the local language

Skills:

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
