Job Description

Sales and Distribution Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve distribution goals. Identify and establish relationships with potential distributors and retail partners. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new distribution opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distribution partners. Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly. Conduct regular visits to client sites to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
Sales Performance and Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including achievements and areas for improvement. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services. Train and support distributors on product features and benefits.
