Job Summary
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients in an assigned territory. This role involves direct interaction with customers, pitching products or services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in communication and negotiation.Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Promote and sell products or services to clients through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
4. Territory & Time Management
- Plan daily sales visits and efficiently manage time to cover the assigned region.
- Strategically approach different market segments for maximum reach.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
