Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential customers in various areas, and driving sales opportunities to closure.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Conduct research to identify potential leads and target customers.
Visit different areas daily to connect with companies based on the leads/database present on our CRM.

Customer Outreach:

Engage with potential customers face-to-face to understand their needs and present relevant product or service offerings.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with proficiency in English required for effective customer interaction.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Track and manage sales opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Quota Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to share insights and feedback.
