Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive sales through direct customer interaction, lead generation, and market expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role involves fieldwork, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Preferred candidate profile SSC, INTERMEDIATE, GRADUATION
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Promote and sell company products/services to individual and business clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to persuade customers.
2. Lead Generation & Market Expansion:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Generate new leads through networking, corporate tie-ups, and local marketing.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors to optimize sales strategies.
3. Relationship Management & Customer Support:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Address client inquiries, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to increase customer retention and referrals.
4. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.
