Job Description

We required candidate who can scan requirement of work. Salary Fixed + incentive.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.

  • Develop a pipeline of potential clients, including residential, commercial, and construction businesses.

  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.

2. Sales Presentation & Demonstration:

  • Present and demonstrate the company’s UPVC doors and windows to prospective customers.

  • Highlight key product features such as energy efficiency, durability, and aesthetics to attract potential buyers.

  • Educate customers about the benefits and advantages of UPVC products compared to traditional alternatives.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.

  • Provide clients with detailed product information, answer queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.

4. Sales Negotiation & Closing Deals:

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients in line with company policies and pricing structures.

  • Close sales and convert leads into business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

5. Market Analysis & Competitor Insights:

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Provide valuable feedback on competitor products and pricing to help adjust marketing and sales strategies.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.

  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager, providing insights into performance, challenges, and market trends.

  • Ensure all paperwork, including contracts and sales documentation, is complete and accurate.

7. Collaboration with the Marketing Team:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and promotional materials.

  • Participate in product training and sales campaigns initiated by the company to drive new business opportunities.

  • Assist with market outreach activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, and events.

8. Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

  • Continuously strive to improve sales performance by adopting new sales techniques and approaches.
