Job Overview
A Field Sales Executive for banking products is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking services, and meeting sales targets through direct interactions. The role involves outdoor sales, lead generation, customer onboarding, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential customers for banking products (e.g., savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, investment plans).
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Explain banking products, benefits, and features to customers.
- Assist customers in opening accounts, applying for loans, and choosing financial services.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on banking trends, interest rates, and new product launches.
- Analyze competitor strategies and develop effective sales pitches.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Ensure accurate KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation and application processing.
- Maintain sales records, customer details, and daily call reports.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance to management.
