Requirement: Any graduate(B.Com BMS) with experience in field sales
Job description:
1. Selling Cable, Switchgear, jointing kits, modular switches, luminaries, fans etc.
2. Market Visit
3. Explore new markets & clients.
4. Monthly sales report
Candidate Profile:
1. Any graduate can apply
2. Should have 1-2 Years of Experience in Sales,
3. Experience in Electrical segment is preferred
4. Two wheeler is must.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential customers including electrical contractors, builders, project consultants, architects, and dealers.
Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals.
Present, promote, and sell the company’s product portfolio (cables, switches, lighting, fans, switchgear, etc.) to existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements, suggest suitable solutions, and customize product offerings based on project specifications.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
Regularly visit key accounts and project sites to monitor progress and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Keep up to date with market trends, product developments, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Gather and report customer feedback, competitor products, and local market intelligence to the sales manager.
Suggest improvements to sales strategies based on market insights.
4. Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.
Actively contribute to the development of territory sales plans and strategies.
Track individual performance using CRM or sales reporting tools and take corrective actions when needed.
5. Product Knowledge & Demonstration
Stay informed about technical specifications, product applications, features, and industry compliance.
Demonstrate product functionality and advantages during site visits or client meetings.
Attend training programs organized by the company to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
6. Dealer & Distribution Network Handling
Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in the assigned territory.
Maintain relationships with existing channel partners and support them in generating sales.
Ensure proper visibility of products in dealer outlets and assist in promotional activities.
7. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
Provide regular reports on field visits, leads generated, conversions, and pending follow-ups to management.
Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, logistics, and payment collection.
