Job Description

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our market reach.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets for windows and related products.
Prospect and identify qualified leads within your assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and distributors.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our window solutions.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable window products for their projects.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to win new business.
Oversee the sales process from initial contact to order placement.
Provide excellent customer service and technical support to existing clients.
Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Participate in industry events and trade shows to generate leads and brand awareness.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of the window manufacturing industry (a plus).
