Field Sales Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell UPS systems. Responsibilities include identifying leads, meeting clients, demonstrating product benefits, and closing sales. Candidates should have knowledge of power backup solutions, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fieldwork. Prior experience in B2B sales and a technical background is preferred. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Promote UPS Solutions: Actively promote and sell UPS systems to potential clients, ensuring the appropriate product is selected based on the client’s power requirements.

Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers, including businesses, data centers, hospitals, manufacturing units, and retail chains, who require UPS systems for their operations.

Lead Generation: Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry-related events, exhibitions, and seminars.

Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of the UPS systems to prospective clients.

Close Deals: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales deals and achieve sales targets.

Customer Needs Assessment:

Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their power needs, potential risks of power outages, and business continuity requirements.

Customized Solutions: Recommend the best UPS solutions that align with customer needs, considering factors like load capacity, runtime, scalability, and budget.

Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to assess the client’s setup, understand the technical requirements, and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Quotation and Proposal: Prepare and present detailed sales quotes and proposals, including product specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and terms of service.

Follow-Up: Actively follow up with clients to address any queries, resolve concerns, and maintain communication until the deal is closed.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, leads, and deals in CRM systems.
