Salary : 16k – 18k ( ESI + PF ) Incentives

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchant Acquisition

Visit retail stores, vendors, and local businesses to identify and acquire new merchants for POS swipe machines and QR code payment systems.
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate digital payment solutions (Swipe, QR, UPI).
Pitch benefits such as ease of transactions, low fees, cashless convenience, and financial tracking.

2. Product Demonstration & Onboarding

Explain features and functionality of POS swipe machines, UPI QR codes, and related mobile apps.
Conduct product demos and assist merchants with onboarding and account setup.
Ensure proper documentation (KYC) is collected and submitted.

3. Sales Target Achievement

Achieve and exceed monthly sales and installation targets for swipe machines and QR code activations.
Track daily visits, conversions, and follow-ups using sales tools or mobile CRM.

4. Customer Service & Support

Provide first-level support to merchants post-installation for operational or technical issues.
Educate customers on using the dashboard/app, settlement reports, and refund processes.
Build long-term relationships to promote retention and upselling.

5. Territory and Market Analysis

Map the assigned area and segment potential customers based on business category (retail, food, service, etc.).
Keep updated on competitor activities and market trends in the digital payment space.
Share valuable customer feedback and suggestions with the product and marketing teams.

6. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of merchant visits, status updates, and sales progress.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the sales manager.
Use CRM tools or apps to log all field activity and lead progress.
