Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and approach potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

Market Research and Analysis:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategies.
Provide regular feedback on customer needs and product performance.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Address customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups in a timely manner.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.

Promotional Activities:

Execute promotional campaigns and ensure brand visibility in the assigned area.
Ensure product placement and merchandising in retail outlets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or edible oils sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel extensively.
