Field Sales Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned territory.
Manage, support, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular field visits to gain insights and provide on-ground support to the team.
Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds targets and KPIs.
Provide training and development opportunities for sales representatives.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to drive sales initiatives.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
