Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: North West India / South India / Central India / West India / North East India

CTC: ₹3.84 - 4.20 LPA (including Daily Allowance) + Travelling Allowances + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand and strengthen our sales operations across North West India, South India, West India, Central India, and North East India. If you are passionate about achieving targets, building relationships, and driving growth, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and dealers, driving secondary sales to exceed targets.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that maximize market penetration and growth.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients within your territory.
  • Extensive Travel: Travel across your assigned region for up to 25 days each month, managing the sales pipeline and fostering business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously analyze and optimize sales performance, adjusting strategies to stay competitive and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of field sales experience in FMCG, OTC, or Homeopathy sectors (or similar industries).
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently or relocate, if required, to cover assigned territories.
  • Goal-Oriented: A relentless focus on achieving targets and contributing to business success.
