Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
This is a field sales job involving extensive travel within the assigned area and conducting market/customer mapping. The primary responsibilities include:
- Selling the bank's products to new customers as part of the bank's front-line sales team.
- Conducting offsite marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers as a daily task.
- Selling banking and third-party products to customers based on their needs.
- Handling customer queries.
- Achieving targets assigned by the bank within the initial 6 months for service confirmation.
- Selling bank and third-party products to new customers.
- Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers daily.
- Contacting existing customers for additional deposits and cross-selling products.
- Achieving daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
- Completing all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN, etc.).
- Completing all learning activities conducted by the bank.
- Recording customer interactions in the bank CRM system daily.
- Following compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.
- Participating in and supporting bank initiatives.
- Savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, debit/credit cards
- Third-party products (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Retail Asset Products, Online Trading)
- High sales orientation for achieving targets
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Sales Officer 1 (Freshers): ₹2.28 LPA (₹16.5k in-hand)
- Sales Officer 2 (1+ years sales experience in NBFC, BFSI, or Banking): ₹2.56 LPA (₹19.3k in-hand)
Incentives: SEs are entitled to up to ₹60,000 per month based on performance.
Benefits- Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy: Coverage of ₹4,00,000 for employees and up to 3 dependents under a floater policy (additional dependents can be covered at extra premium).
