Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products/services directly to customers in the field. As a key member of our sales team, you will work independently while collaborating with internal teams to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Outreach: Identify and target new clients by researching potential prospects and establishing rapport with key decision-makers.
- Customer Engagement: Visit clients and prospects on-site, present products/services, conduct demonstrations, and tailor offerings to meet client needs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new sales and upselling.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on progress, pipeline, and customer feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution of sales plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Comfortable with travel and working in different locations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
