• Timing 11am to 8pm

• ⁠Travelling allowance - Travelling Pass, Daily 100 rs & for outskirt 200 rs

• ⁠Area to be covered - Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Palghar, Thane etc.

• ⁠Time table for location allocation to be given every week

• ⁠Every hour live location to be shared by the sales person

• ⁠Each day given location visit and register to be given each location every grocery store to be visited and pitch

• ⁠Accessories to be given - 4 Company shirt, 4 Cap, Catalog, Visiting card and Pamphlet and explain the shop owners

• ⁠Give update will sharing live location on whatsapp group

• ⁠Incentives will be given every week based on performance

• ⁠Fixed salary + Travel allowance

• ⁠Visit office and give update thrice a week

• ⁠No drinking alcohol and chewing tobacco while on work

• ⁠Saturday will be a half day 11am to 4pm

• ⁠Sunday will be a off day

• ⁠Salesman should be polite and be respectful to the shop Owners

• ⁠If the Shop owner is not available take his contact from the shop and call the owner

• ⁠There should be columns in the register book like Name, contact, address.

• ⁠There will be 1 month notice period

• ⁠Paid Sick leaves will be 6 days a year

• ⁠Holiday leaves shall be discussed

• ⁠Every 12 month increment 20% of the salary

• ⁠At 8pm need to give all shopkeepers information, comments, and orders
