Job Description

Company 25y old requires field service engineer for servicing machines and attending breakdown calls. TA will be given.. Talented will have growth opportunity. Engineers need to visit customer place service machines. Sales has advantage. No sales targets. Monthly machine Service Targets will be given which can be completed well before the time .

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to customers in the field

Install, maintain, and repair our products at customer sites

Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and malfunctions

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback

Document and report customer issues, resolutions, and feedback
