Job Description

Minimum One year of Field experience in Installation of TV Dish.
To achieve day-to-day target assigned by the team
Familiarity with tools and applications
To Co-ordinate and achieve daily targets.
Diploma, ITI / Degree or Certification.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant technologies
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
Provide technical support and assistance to customers in the field
Install, maintain, and repair our products at customer sites
Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback
