Responsibilities:

Provide on-site MPos ( Card swiping ) Machine and EDC Machine Installation, Deinstallation, and Servicing.
Diagnose hardware and software issues, implement solutions.
Install, configure, and upgrade MPos and EDC Machine components and software.
Conduct preventive maintenance checks.
Travel to customer sites using a bike for transportation.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th qualification.
Fresher or Experience.
Strong technical skills.
Excellent communication.
Valid driver's license and own bike.
Flexibility to travel and work extended hours

Skills:

Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant technologies
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
