Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site MPos ( Card swiping ) Machine and EDC Machine Installation, Deinstallation, and Servicing.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues, implement solutions.
- Install, configure, and upgrade MPos and EDC Machine components and software.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks.
- Travel to customer sites using a bike for transportation.
- Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback
- Document and report customer issues, resolutions, and feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th qualification.
- Fresher or Experience.
- Strong technical skills.
- Excellent communication.
- Valid driver's license and own bike.
- Flexibility to travel and work extended hours
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
