Job Description
Performs and coordinates with clients for maintenance and installation of building fire alarm systems, electronic premises security (CCTV, Access & Intrusion) systems, Building management SystemsInstalls and maintains fire, security, alarm, and special systems. Projects/ Retrofits executions Attends breakdown calls, PPM schedules, Coordinate with management team and clients Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Provide technical support and training to customers. Document service activities and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with other engineers and support staff to resolve complex issues. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage and maintain tools and equipment. Provide feedback to improve product design and functionality. Assist in the development of service manuals and technical documentation.
