Field Sourcing Jobs Opening in Tekraa Management Services at Anna Nagar, Chennai
Job Description
The Field Sourcing will be responsible for sourcing up to 5 Hindi-speaking laborers at the railway station each day. The working hours for this role will be from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM, during which the officer must ensure the daily target of 5 Hindi-speaking laborers is met.
Candidate Screening:
Conducting initial interviews, checking necessary documentation (ID, work permits, etc.), and assessing skills and experience to match job requirements.
Labor Pool Management:
Building and maintaining a network of potential workers in the local area, ensuring a consistent pool of available candidates.
Compliance Monitoring:
Ensuring adherence to local labor laws, including minimum wage, working hours, safety regulations, and employment contracts.
